What to expect when getting started
1. Initial Consultation
After we receive your request for a free consultation, you can expect us to reach out to you within 24-48 hours. At that time, we will discuss your reasons for seeking out healing support and answer any questions you may have to help determine if this is a good fit for you.
2. Preparation for your first session
After deciding which Energy Wellness Practitioner you will work with, initial paperwork will be sent to you. This will include intake questionnaires, consent forms, a copy of our policies and payment information. Healing sessions will not begin, until this information is returned back to us.
3. The first appointment
You will meet your Practitioner and get to know each other.
Your Practitioner will review your information given in the intake form, and may ask additional questions.
You and your Practitioner will begin to create goal(s) and discuss action steps to reach those goals.
The most important outcome of this session is for you to feel comfortable with your treatment plan and understand how you might accomplish your goal(s).
4. Making progress
(Second session and going forward)
This is when you and your Practitioner dive into the issues and do the healing work consistently. During this phase, there may be “homework”, and you might find yourself feeling worse than when you started at times. That’s OK. Depending on what you are working on releasing, it can feel overwhelming, but it’s a normal part of making progress. Digging into the pain is a step toward developing a better mindset and becoming a better version of yourself. You are not alone; your Practitioner will guide you through this process.
5. Resolution — Saying Goodbye?
At the end of your session(s), you and your Practitioner will reflect on everything that you have accomplished. If there’s more you would like to accomplish, you can schedule again with that same Practitioner or choose to work with someone else.
Once you feel like you’ve reached your healing goals, your Practitioner will celebrate with you and help you achieve a sense of closure.
6. Bring your growth to day-to-day life
Create a life worth living and take care of yourself because you deserve it!
